Exercise: Triceps Extension with Medicine Ball
Objective: Increase tone and strength of the triceps extensor muscles.
Description: Stand or sit up straight, holding the medicine ball between your two hands and right behind your head. You are now ready to perform the exercise.
- Step One: Holding the ball behind your head with both hands, lift the ball above your head and straighten out your arms into full extension.
- Step Two: Hold this position for 1-2 seconds.
- Step Three: Bend your ams at the elbows, bringing the ball behind your head again.
- Step Four: Hold this position for 1-2 seconds.
- Step five Repeat 10-15 times.
