The new Thera-Band(R) Rocker Boards and Balance Boards provide the balance and proprioception training for upper and lower extremities as yet another level in the Thera-Band(R) System of Progressive Resistance(TM). The Rocker Boards provide uni-directional challenge, while the Balance Boards provide multi-planar challenge. Supplied in molded plastic, both products feature a sensory stimulation surface on the top, a lightweight product design, and an anti-skid surface on the bottom that resists slipping on smooth floors. Each product also comes with its own instruction guide.
